Think Pink Connections, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates an SMS marketing platform exclusively for independent Mary Kay Beauty Consultants. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information for both consultants who use the platform and their customers who receive SMS messages.

Think Pink Connections, LLC is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company providing SMS communication tools for Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants. We are based in Florida and operate our platform infrastructure through Microsoft Azure's Canada Central region.

From Consultants

When you register for and use Think Pink Connections, we collect:

• Full name, email address, and phone number
• Mary Kay Consultant ID and career level
• Optional director information and profile photo
• Subscription and billing data processed through Stripe

From Contacts (Your Customers)

Information you enter about your customers includes:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email address (optional)
• Birthday (optional)
• Tags, notes, and SMS opt-out status

Automatically Collected

• Message delivery status and timestamps
• Platform usage data (messages sent, login activity)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Think Pink Connections platform
• Process consultant subscriptions and billing through Stripe
• Send SMS messages on behalf of consultants to their customers via Twilio
• Send transactional emails (account approval, password reset, notifications)
• Monitor platform usage and enforce subscription limits
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations including TCPA and CTIA requirements

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate the platform. Your information may be shared with these providers solely for the purpose of delivering our service:

• Consultant account data is retained for the duration of the subscription and up to 90 days after cancellation
• SMS message logs are retained for a minimum of 4 years to comply with TCPA requirements
• Contact data is retained until the consultant deletes it or their account is closed

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered consultants of significant changes via email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when this policy was most recently revised.
